Implementing Partners
The collaborative leadership between Nestlé, Fundación Global Nature, and the Sustainable Agriculture Network, is an innovative partnership model which has enabled the development and execution of effective intervention strategies that allocates resources efficiently and can quickly scale-up out across diverse geographies.
While the RSP is coordinated by a global team, the operationalization of the program with agri-food companies is led by SAN’s local partners, who speak the native language and know the local context. Local partners are positioned to provide contextually appropriate coaching and technical assistance to both companies and their farmers on sustainable agriculture and enhanced biodiversity practices.
The RSP is also open and keen to create alliances with experts and scientists to increase evidence up-take, pilot innovative approaches, and leverage existing capacities.
